The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. I, along with a few others from American Electric Power, have started a local user group for .NET, and our first meeting is tomorrow. I know it's short notice, but I thought perhaps there were a few on AT that may be able to attend (would be nice to meet some of you as well). We've had excellent support from Microsoft, so it should make for a great group. Details are as follows...

We will be giving away a FREE, FULL copy of
Visual Studio.NET Enterprise Architect as well as a couple of books on
VB.NET. Food and drink will be provided as well. Details are as follows...

What: Tulsa .NET User Group Meeting -- Brian Moore from Microsoft
presenting on VB.NET

When: 4/25/02 at 6:30PM until about 8:00PM

Where: Williams Tower II at 2 West 2nd Street (one of the black angular
buildings on the corner). You can enter through the Plaza off of 3rd
street. The meeting will be on the 4th floor in 4E313 (signs will
be posted). Sign in at the security desk.

Hopefully some of you can make it! PM me if you need additional details. I'm lining up additional presenters for the future (will be doing several myself), so I'm always looking for participants.

Excellent! Brian Moore is a great presenter, I'm sure you've seen him at local conferences.

Don't do any VB programming but I'm only a couple of blocks away from you. I'm in the ugly ass brown building across the street from the YMCA at 6th & Denver. We all need to meet up at lunch sometime. Sounds like you meeting is going to be in the buildign that Samson Oil Company is located in. If you get a chance you need to accidently cruise up there. LOTS of babes work for that company.

No worries, that's why the group exists 🙂 It's not marketing propaganda, so we're not trying to have a group that says .NET is the panacean solution for all. It's an open discussion for developers.

Indeed. I don't work downtown, but I have some clients down there. Perhaps we can all meet up one of those days...
