Any details or ETA yet for G80 refresh?

Just wondering if anything has come out yet. They can't be more than maybe 3 months away, right? G80's been out since last November. Refresh should be out in July you'd think.

i'd say probably closer to the end of the year. i dont think nvidia is too worried about ati at the moment, so they can sort of coast for a while

G90 has 512 stream processors, 1.5GB 2600mhz GDDR-4, 32mb eDRAM for free AA, all on 45nm process.

youre wrong, its a 32nm process and GDDR5

Yeah Fud had the scoop on the GDDR5. They're saying possibly 2TB of it if yields hold.

Please, that's just ridiculous.

Everyone knows that G90 will use 3d chip stacking with a diamond substrate, which will allow it to operate at temperatures of 300C. This is a lucky thing, as it will pull about 500 watts and come bundled with it's own phase change system.

To run SLI with them you will need to get a permit as a pair of them rendering at the same time may tear a hole in the space/time continuum. It's not an issue with a single G90 as you can use VSYNC.
