Any current/upcoming games that will take advantage of multiple-CPUs?

What current or upcoming games will take advantage of multiple CPUs?

It's odd, but while playing Oblivion or FEAR, Task Manager will show that both CPUs are in use, usage spiking all the way up and down the scale.

Are they multi-threaded? What current or upcoming games are?

I am quite sure I read that UT2K7 will be multi-threaded and will be offloading certaing things to one core.
