That does fit with what the kind people on here have told me.

Its not a very interesting story. I ordered some boxes from China for the ipads I refurb. They were supposed to be plain boxes but they ended up having the apple logo on them. I know I can legally sell refurbed ipads but I don't know if I can get in trouble for the boxes.

Since I'm selling them to dealers, I have to do things legit.

if you can legally sell refurbed apple material, then you can legally sell the box they come in. the right to sell the ipad *should* cover everything the IP "iPad" consists of, including the packaging.

it all depends on your earlier statement of "i can legally sell refurbished ipads".

are you authorized by Apple ?
