Any cons with getting the software pre-installed on your MacBook?

It would be the same price for me getting stuff like iWork '08 on campus as if I got it pre-installed when ordering my MacBook, since I am ordering through my Uni. Tempted by Aperture 1.5 and Final Cut Express for $99.00 each too, but not sure if I would use them enough to warrant their purchase.

I have Aperture but I don't like it. Superior organizational capabilities, but slower GUI and it has that Apple "Pro" GUI that I don't really care for. FCE might be a good buy for $99 though...

I might be able to hold off for a bit. :) Was hoping any new hardware was going to be released at the Leopard launch, looks like I was off by a few days. :p Thanks for the heads-up. :)
