Computer security. I think that's going to be the fastest-growing area for quite a while. You have to know hardware, software, networking, and be one step ahead of the bad guys. They make a fortune, but you have to be good.

hm...thing is, i dont really know what i'm interested in the most. programming is cool but damn staring at code for 8 or more hours a day would probably drive me insane. i'm getting into linux lately so maybe i could do unix stuff....networking is interesting....i dont know.

and of course, tinkering is fun too
