I didn't mean for my post to give the impression that I was upset with your post, sorry if it came across that way. Had I said it instead of typing it, I would have been laughing a bit when I said it. Both Moonbeam and Red Dawn are hard to figure out, and I'll admit to having had the same initial impression of Moonbeam.

My gov't professor once told us that there are no true "communist" country, they are all socialists trying to move towards the goal of communism.

Seriously, i would have to say Red Dawn and Moonbeam. If they're not they can respond and i'm sorry about that, but they sure seem like commies.

You are a dumbasshat... communism is just a red herring.

Red herring isn't too bad with a little pickled ginger, so I hear, but I haven't tried it yet. Any experience?

I know China is pretty much abandoning Communism and steering toward Capitalism, but still, it was a worthwhile trip they had going when they were completely communist!

Good old Chairman Mao!

do a search on HUTTERITES. they're a religious sect here in Manitoba, and i'm sure in other parts of Canada and the US. They live in big colonies, work hard and share everything. They're communist, and successful at it.

True, although North Korea is very close to communism and is as close to that as we have in our world today. Without getting too much into a debate over economics and politics, I'll just say that look at how well of the North Koreans are (they're poor to the point of starving) and tell me how well a heavily-Communist system works.
