Will this be enough for my config:

xp 2400+ (will oc)
2x512 pc2700
1 10G 5400RPM HD
1 80G 7200RPM HD
1 HP 4x2x8 CD-RW
1 ATI 9600 PRO 256MB Video card
2 80mm case fan

Other good, quite and CHEAP PSU? or I should spend $22 more on 400W version?

Fortron 350 should be very fine for running what you are gonna have, IMO not worth extra 22 for the 400 W

I'm using this on my wife's rig and it seems decent. Then again 200W could power her rig.

How about the LED version? I don't see any difference except the LED and 75 cents in price.

I would get the LED version since it's so close in price. When I bought my wife's PS, the difference was like $5-6.

Did you adjust the fan with the knob on the back?

I agree. I've the fan set at the slowest setting and it's still pretty loud. Louder than my Antec 430.

Interesting, according to the test in Anandtech, this PSU is actually quiter than TP430
