Dropped my stands off at lunch for a quote. He just called me back -- $200 each. Aluminum, same outside dimensions, non-CNC made. I told him I'd let him know tomorrow.

Just checked eBay one last time... There's a pair for $189.00 BIN!

Waterjet the side profile from plate. Mill the pocket. Forget the casted button shapes and just thread the base and screw in some feet from McMaster. Faster, cheaper, easier.

The feet from the McMaster catalog are cheap. Flow & milling machines not so much.

Might be cheaper to machine the outside profile as well since you don't have to set up twice. It's only aluminum, after all.
