Any Chance of Dual Socket 775 Boards??

A buddy of mine is building a Maya workhorse and I'm wondering if you guys have heard of any dual socket 775 boards in the works? Am I correct in thinking that the 775 chipset can handle two separate processors? The new 775 Xeons are giving me hope of this possibility.

Well the thought is to get dual Kentsfield processors for a real mule. He's thinking of going dual Woodcrest or Clovertown but server grade stuff requires a lot of $$$$ and it has no overclocking features (not sure if dual socket desktop boards usually do either I guess). He could save some serious cash if there were a dual socket 775 board so I'm hoping something is in the works.

S775 will never be dual.

Xeon 3000 series is only 1 socket systems.

Is that because the chipset will only support one processor or because Intel doesn't want to take any sales away from it's 5000 series chips??

Chipset I suspect will support it, although I cannot be sure. However, the 3000 and other L775 chips are hardwired to not support SMP.
