Watchign the game right now and hes terrible.
Hes probably the worst QB I've seen since Scott Covington, Ryan Clemte ??

I've seen this guy for a whole season and hes just not a good QB.
Everytime he feels pressure, he just tuck the ball and start scrambling...although he can't run.
Theres no way Miami can compete for a National Championship with this guy.

I can't stand another season with this guy.
They should bring the national player of the year, Kyle Wright.

Rix is worse. He has a habit of giving up more points in some games than he earns (throws INTs returned for TDs).

He just got injured (to what extent they haven't said yet), and I really don't care. I doubt our backup QB could be much worse.

yeah he went to high school here in Louisiana and we played his school 2 years in the state playoffs... only reason they would beat everyone was because over half the team was held back at least two years :disgust:

God both QB's in this game are horrible. Rix just tossed another INT. Berlin just completed a 60 yard pass to make up for earlier bad plays.

Berlin is decent, but he's much better out of the shotgun....they should just keep him back there, you can still run out of the gun....

Their RB's are a bigger problem than Berlin, Gore isn't close to the player he was before his knee injuries...

Rix is completely terrible though!

Rix has been completely terrible for five years now. Unfortunately for FSU fans and alumni, the only person on this planet that doesn't realize this (other than Rix himself) is Bobby Bowden.

The best thing about Rix is his consistency in big games. Meaning that even when the noles were up 10 - 3, I knew that they would still lose the game (so I didn't have my hopes up). I feel bad for the defense, though. They scored more points than the offense and played pretty tough until they got worn down. As much time as they spent on the field, I can't blame them.

It's a horrible thing to say, but I hope Rix gets a serious injury in the next game. He's never going to lead us to a stellar season or go pro, and we need to start giving our backup QB some experience to hopefully rebuild in the next few seasons. If our defense can keep us in games with Rix giving up 3-4 turnovers, they can keep any team in the game.
