I'm sure its Winamp (winamp.com). I just checked again, and I got 295- 305KB/s (Bytes, not Bits ).

BTW, It was downloading faster then 300KB last night (must be the low traffic on both sides).

I want a connection with high uplaods. 0.5-1 mbit is find for downaload but i want 1.0-1.5 mbit uplaod. Anyone know where ic an get something like that without braking the bank. Currently i have adsl that does about 60kBps up and 160kBps down.

mbps or MBps? If that's mbps, it's only 300 kilobytes per second (2.4mbps), which is not outstanding.
