Any built-in 1394 & USB 2.0 P4 board out there?

I saw on Asus' website that they have A7V333 which has both 1394 and USB 2.0 onboard, but its for AMD processor. Just wondering if any brand has a similar setup but supports Pentium 4. TIA
 
Doesn't the Soyo firedragon have this? I know it has ieee 1394, but I'm not too sure about the usb 2.0.
