Any bluetooth headsets that don't look like they're from star trek/dragon ball?

I don't know if anyone else feels the same, I've always found bluetooth headsets to look a little silly. Are there any that aren't just one unit that clips over the ear on the side of your head? Maybe something more like a regular separate earphone/microphone set that uses bluetooth instead of a wire to the phone?

There are plenty of bluetooth headsets out there that don't represent the well known "scouter" you speak of.
