I think the V2.0 had the Ultra chipset and the 1.2 didnt.

However, theres no reason to get the V1.2.... the V2.0 is pretty much king of the Nforce2 Ultra line.

My v1.2 needed a volt mod to run 3d apps over 205 fsb.

The 2.0 doesnt.

The v2 supports 200FSB.
