Any better card for $35-45 than the 9200se?

I'm building my mom a cheap PC for her house. My 8 year old sister will occasionally be there and might want to play a few games. Her current computer has a 9200se in it. So anything around that is plenty for her.

I saw a refurbished x300 but it was PCI-E. Anything at newegg that beats the 9200se in the $35-45 range?
 
I have a ATI 9200 128 MB in my daughters computer, works ok it plays GTA SA abit but the people are inviable most of the time, and it plays NFS Underground 1 & 2 that card should be ok for your moms.
 
agp or pci? I've got a 256MB ati 9550XL agp, i'll let it go for 50$ (ive read with a bios change it'll operate as a 9600)

BTW this card doesn't even have a months use on it either

Have any idea why that happens? I've got a 9200se and the people disappear as well, thought it might be an effect of cheats or damaged game install...
