Any benefit from a "Card Cooler"?

See my system specs below. Anyone know if "card cooler" would help out my video card. I am overclocking and starting to see artifacts. Any specific type of cooler recommended and vendor?

thanks,

 It really isn't worth it. Considering the cost of Rad9000PRO, 9500LE, 9100 and GF3 it makes sense to grab one of these instead even on a slow CPU (just enable lots of eye candy)!

I've got one of those slot based card coolers (that goes underneath the Video Card), and the thing really works when you OC your card. It pumps out a ton of air and when im benchmarking or gaming and feel the air coming out from the exhaust, it's warm/hot so it must be doing its job :)
