Any bannerless isps?

Well I have a 486 dx4 75mhz laptop with 24mb ram and win98se, can I run the ones with banners, i was hoping for one without but that proably not possible now

All ISPs are bannerless (unless you count the crappy free ones ). If you are looking for a bannerless free ISP then you are out of luck. If you don't mind spending $10-$15 you can get a real ISP that doesn't have banners and should run OK.

im useing a banerless free ISP its not officially banerless but it is officially free.
