Any B&M store where I can return/exchange DVDs without a receipt?

I'll second the WalMart, although I think the policy has changed somewhat. Just befriend someone there, they're all crooked 😛

if they are factory sealed, and the store carries them, most anywhere should allow an exchange. No store i know of will allow a return or give store credit without proof of purchase however. Just say they were gifts and that you already own or don't want them. If they are opened, or look as if they were re-shrink wrapped, your only viable B&M option is a used dvd store @1-8 bucks a pop.

It can be as innocent as losing the original receipt, but there's no denial about the fraud possibility as well.

Could be. I'm just skeptical. In all returns without receipt thread and RMA threads, I have not, once seen a thread not mentioning or asking for assistance with criminal activity.
