got it back, but i have to reinstall windows.............
wow, that was a emotional roller-coaster😛

i think i'm gonna stay at 2600+
i don't want to have another emotional roller coaster
this is what happened:---->memtested--->windows keeps giving errors--->reboot--->bios gives beeps non-stop--->shock--->removes chip and changes with a 1700+ palo from second rig--->bios still beeps--->takes t-bred b and puts it on second rig--->2nd mobo doesn't start--->thinks cpu is dead--->retries and both rigs boot--->a big relief--->thanking God--->🙂🙂🙂😀

now, can anyone tell me how both my rigs booted?😉

hmm... thats Abit 😛 No, actually I had a few beeps too... always been able to solve it either via Insert (press while switching on) or via clear CMOS. In the worst situation you will have to change the BIOS chip.
What have you done so that it doesn't boot?

bgeh- I wonder what your chip will do with more voltage? From what I've read up to 1.8V is usually good with these DLT3C's.

Current overclocking results P95TT for a couple hrs and now 20+hrs F@H tested stable.

any1 else with the 0310? i cant decide whether to get 8,9 or 10

Yeah I know Tbred 'A' sucks ,I just didn't realise when I 1st o/ced it that it was a Tbred 'A' 🙁

Damn thats a good overclock & a nice low voltage too!:Q😀 ,I bet that baby runs cool😉

Btw re the beeping & not booting ,quite often happens if you go too far ,like kadajawi said ,hit insert or clear the CMOS to reset it ,also powering off/on 2-3 times can clear it.
Also I've found that when you plug a new cpu into some mbrds they don't boot the 1st time ,but usually do the 2nd time ,I guess it resets the CMOS on the 2nd bootup.

Btw I know what you mean😉 ,PC fails to boot>stomach drops & blood drains from face ,try a few things PC boots>delight, relief ,start breathing again 😉
lol

yeah what temps it running at?

the 0307 i had at 2.2 ran pretty hot at 1.725V however... upper 40's for that low voltage... oh well...

wow, after tuesday, i'll have 3 1700+'s in my possession... think it's about time to go visit the fs/ft forums again 🙂

depending on how this new 0310 does.. i'll have a 2.2 ghz 1700+ and a 2.3 ghz 1700+ fs 🙂 yay!!!

damn, my WD drive has tons of bad sectors
time to RMA it............
we'll wait and see..........
btw, temps are hovering around 45-47C(very good temps considering malaysian weather), even better than my non-oc'ed palomino😀😀😀

cynics, i got my chip from PcFair from a shop based in low yat...........forgot the name already😛

2.273ghz@1.95v here (206x11)
0302WCGW

Abit NF7-S Rev 1.2
WD 80GB SE
Temp full load is around48-50, which is damn good considering malaysian weather and the voltage that I'm using.

yeah that's a high vcore and yur not even getting a much higher oc from the added voltage
i've killed two t-breds with high voltage yur in the red zone there hehe

Now I know why your name is soulkeeper, the souls of murdered T-Breds are your's :Q😛 I'm running@1.775v@the moment and it should be safe but I have to ask, what voltage were those CPUs at when they fried?

yeah....

i wouldn't run anything higher than 1.85v on these tbreds unless you want to get a new one soon. 🙂

i hate running mine at 1.85V but it's stable so.. i like it .. and it's under 50C at full load now. 🙂

undervolt to 1.90v 🙂
so 1.95v is actually 1.90v. an issue with nf7-s i think.
1.9v is okay for me 🙂 Hope it will last for 1 year 🙂

These new tbreds are awesome. My older tbred B only makes it to 2400+, and even then it's not totally stable. Right now I'm running at default everything to try to troubleshoot some stuff. :frown:
