that's megumi's voice you're referring to bub.. the most famous voice actress in japan. she even had a character dedicated to her in Nadesico!

It's whats special about anime, being able to fantasise such a world that is harsh and violent, much much different to disney that's for sure. It's old so the animation wont compare to the new stuff, but damn.. it's a classic if i've ever seen one.

I know. Pisses me off when people say English dubbing is better. It's never better.
In case you're wondering, her name is Megumi Hayashibara, probably the best and most known seiyuu (voice actor) in anime. She's always good. She's so damn cool too. I love her in Love Hina as Haruka. Haruka is definetly the coolest character in the series...although the younger ladies are hotter.
Yes, there's way weirder stuff in real porn. Hentai is just weird to you because it's not real...but some stuff they do in real porn is just sick.
I didn't like Fist of the North Star. Classic...true....but so is Akira and I didn't particularily like that either.

I dont think it's really wrapped up well enough.. eventhough they did face each other in the final conflict, and vash gets away without killing knives.. but, the ending was kinda to abrupt and didnt explain what happened to the rest.
Nicholas D Wolfwood, his death was as a dramatic and great moment, one of the few moments i've cried whilst watching an anime (the others were due to grave of fireflies). It was needed since he had to pay for his sins..
Anyhow, hows bout Bebop. What a film noir ending.. poor jet and faye, left all alone without a friend and lover.
Isn't it the case that a good movie with a hero, in the end the hero must die for the movie to have it's fullest effect? It's similar to john woo's chow yun fat hk action movies. It just doesnt feel justified for me unless the hero dies.
Why? Because if a hero were to live, all it meant was that the villian was not of great calibre to be a challenge. So therefore, if the villian wasnt great then the hero's feat of defeating him isnt worthy. Now, for a hero who HAS to sacrifice himself to overcome such a great villian, now.. that is one person worthy of being a hero. Think of it this way, the villian is so strong that it requires everything from the hero to defeat him, including his life.

I liked Trigun better when it was all funny... the later episodes got a bit too dramatic. There were almost like two completely different series. As for the ending, I think anyone who paid attention to the previous episodes could have guess what happened.

I watch dbz all the time, it is actually a pretty good show, I like that it is all fighting, kinda cool I suppose, I haven't really watched many others besides that one cause I don't really know which ones are good.
