That's what I got from the shipping address of the unauthorized paypal transactions..
I never give out my PW, I haven't even used paypal that often or ebay..this sucks..

u actually expect someone to go after the person? it being a third-world country, i doubt anything will happen even if you lost thousands of $$
 
if it is from your CC , can't you report it, like you would a stolen CC ?
dispute the charges with them , since you didn't make the charges
 
I live in Vietnam. Oh Nguyen Huu Hoa got you. I know him. You'd might be surprised how I would in a country with a population of over 78 million people. But hey, all Vietnamese here know each other by name. Nguyen Trai Streets is just a hop and a skip away. I'll cover the 127,000 square miles in no time on my carriage and rice paddy rowboat. I'll get this guy for ya!

I already contacted paypal..if I can't get my money back thru them I will contact my CC and do something from that end.

But regardless if I get the money or not..I want Huu Hoa to suffer
 
I would just contact CC directly. I had a problem once with seller not refunding me after i returned an item. So i just went straight to Amex and got the charge reversed after i provided proof of returning the item. Paypal then later contacted me, telling me i should have went thru them first. I just ignored it and thought 'fvck paypal'

Shouldn't you at least call your CC company and tell them what happened? Maybe they could put a halt on the transaction if it's not completed yet? I don't know, just seems like the logical thing to do, at least they would have it on record then.

I emailed all the auction sellers that Huu Hua bid for their products and informed them. 2 already responded and 1 was already suspcious since the shipping address was not a confirmed address
