Any advice on how to start this Dwarf Pomegranate tree growing from seed?

I bought a some of these seeds yesterday. I've never grown a plant before. I plan on growing this plant inside my house in a pot. All I need to do is:

1)Get some potting soil
2)Put in a pot
3)Add seed
4)Add water
5)Wait for the thing to grow up?

The best thing to start the seed out would probably be those little peat moss disks that they sell at garden shops. Basically, its compressed peat moss inside of a small mesh bag. You soak the disk in water and it expands into a cylinder shape. Works pretty well IIRC, as long as you pay attention and keep the seedling watered.
