Any 8800gts owners getting glitches in c&c 3?

I get these weird stretching texture glitches in c&c3. here are some pics:

they happen fast so I had to use fraps to get a screen.

-Using ntune to check temperature
-stable temps 58/57c idle and 64-66 load (been playing with sidepanel off)
-using 97.92 drivers (used driver cleaner when I reinstalled drivers)
-disabled agp texture acceleration in dxdiag since I use a pci-e card (hope this isn't the cause)
-Played bf2142 for like 2 hours and didn't notice any glitches
-it happens randomly regardless of how long I've been playing or level. It has happened as soon I load a level or after 2hrs playing.

Any better way to test if it's my card? currently downloading 3dmark 06
Any other 8800gts users having this problem in c&c3?

Geforce evga 8800gts
windows xp pro
athlon x2 3800
2gig ocz
antec sp 500w (replacing this week)
