Any 3d house interior/exterior programs that I can DL?

Anyways, my family is thinking of building a house, and i've heard of 3d modelers that let you build a house and tour it (i'm quite sure Home Depot makes one), where you design the interior and exterior and it models it.

I hope you know what i'm talking about, as i'd like to try one of these out (for free of course 😉)

For Free? You have got to be kidding. The 20-20 kitchen (and kitchen only) 3d design software has a price tag of $4200.00. It doesn't exist for free so you can stop looking.

I saw something the Home Depot had, it was very basic (almost no detail) so i just wanted to see if there was anything to offer on the internet.

Maya PLE all the way! Although it would be more difficult to use it's a lot more versatile. You can make anything. Period.
 
Chief Architect has a downloadable eval version. It is crippled in a few areas, and has quite a learning curve but its pretty nice.

Crippled as in, you cant print what you do, has a 2 hour time limit for session. At least thats what I think I remember.
