Any 30+ year olds still live with mom and dad?

I moved out of my parents house when I was 16 years old.

shens. how did you go to school?

I graduated from high school when I was 16. Went away to college in another state, still lived with parents during holidays so maybe that doesn't really count as living on your own.

I did finally get my own place at the age of 19, though.

wow that's early...

does it make a difference if the guy is in the master bedroom, while the parents are in the other room living with the said person.

Moved out when I was 20, coincidentally it was a few days after my marriage.
(Quick honeymoon (2-3 days), then moved into an apartment with the spouse 18).
So far living happily, 20+ years.

I moved out when I was 19 (I'm 34 now)

My family and I moved back in with my Dad after my Mom passed away last October. It's the best thing we could have done for my Dad. He was a wreck. We were in the middle of planning the building of our own house (all we needed was a lot) but put that on indefinite hold. It's not that bad though. The house is over 3500sq ft not including garages/full basement.

Now we are looking at buying 5-6 acres and building our own 'family neighborhood' for my Dad, Sister, and I (and our families of course)
