I think when I become a teacher I'll have to have every kid say their name phonetically.

Sounds a lot like how Annika (and other spellings of the same name - I've seen Aneke, but not Anucha before) is pronounced. If that's a racial name, the race is white as white as can be. Annika is the little neighbor girl in Pippi Longstocking. It's pronounced more like on - uh - kuh though, at least that's how my sister's name is pronounced.

no no, not like annika sorenstam...

"uh-NU-kuh"... sounds like "a nucca"

so, her name sounds like "a nucca brown"... kinda like the sofa color.
