Antivirus software recommendation?

I use Norton now, but I heard Kaspersky is better, anyone have an idea?

I used to use Norton, tried Kaspersky which constantly froze for no reason, then switched to Panda

Norton has always been fine for me and worked great, and contrary to what people say it DOES NOT hog resources
