I'm dipping into Windows based servers now so I am unaware of what antivirus software works with it. I've tried Norton, etc. and it tells me that it will not work with it. What do you guys use? I'm just learning the OS so I'm not famaliar with it.

Most AV companies make a server version of their software. We use VirusScan Enterprise 7.1 for our servers and haven't had a problem so far. I think Network Associates makes it.

Etrust 7.1 will work on a server, if all you need is to protect the server, and it has options to add other features like exchange. Etrust is also affordable, like $70. Norton corporate protects the server and can add licenses for the work stations, but because you need to buy a minimum 10 seats it like $550.
