Antivirus 360 pop-up...what do I do now?

but I have it on my screen right now! It's asking me to install and scan. I am tempted to click cancel or the "X" close button but not sure that's the correct thing to do. So any help? I am posting here due to the urgency of the matter.

I just used this in the last hour to kill something claiming to be MS Antispyware 2009. I did the job.

Install it. I think it's great that websites are looking out for my well being, and offer antivirus without me having to go through the trouble of finding one.
