AntiSpyare Suddenly blocking dll installation.

I did something kinda dumb, I was at a site that had one of those stupid "your PC may be infected" popups, and I decided to go toward the install thing to see if it tripped my virus or MS Spyware software. It didn't, but soon after my MS antispyware began saying it had blocked the installation of a dll about once a day. I'm blaming my dumb curiosity and whatever was installed to 'fix' my PC. Here's my Hijack this log, does anyone see anything out of the ordinary?

Does MS AS tell you the name of the DLL it's blocking?

Just having an AS program running in the background will not prevent spyware if you do something stupid. It's NOT like an anti-virus app.

As a last resort you could use System Restore to go back to a save point before this happened.

Two of the dlls were saved in Google after a search,

shdocvw.dll, browseui.dll

Does that indicate anything? Maybe these are just things that are going on after a Windows Update, I dunno. If I get one today I'll take a screenshot.
