Harvery, BlueApple - I don't necessary believe everything that the Jewish religion preaches... I feel more attached to the cultural aspect of the religion.

ok i usually view these forums but i have never registered. I'm Jewish and if you hate Jews good for you cause I don't care.
Anyway, if any of you have taken sociology you would have learned that every religion has a view that they're the best. Booster brought up a good point. Jews are human beings like everyone else and we are no different. We just have different beliefs. Hatred towards Jews has not stopped. There are many people that hate Jews especially if you go down south in the U.S. Jews have always valued education and have been successful business leaders. This just leads to other people getting jealous.
Someone a few weeks ago was joking about jews saying we pick up pennys cause we're so cheap. This is another false rumor that goes around that is certainly not true. Before you post do some research and get your facts straight thanks.
Also wfbberzerker thats a joke huh? That wasn't funny at all and I think you're a moron.

... However, I've found that the blood only keeps the bread fresher for a few days, to get a week you have to dilute it first. What do you think wfbberzerker ?

Can you explain this phrase please? It sounds like an old saying but I can't make heads or tails of it. I've no idea what blood has to do with bread diluted or not nor how that corresponds to the topic at hand regarding the joke he made.
Jewish people have been accused of preaching to others about how they're wrong in the way they live etc etc. Basically jews have been seen as thinking they were 100% right and everyone should listen to them. This naturally annoyed lots of people, is it true? Do they, did they preach to others about the others failings and how judaism is the correct path?
In addition, after being in Israel for 2 weeks last January, you come to realize how biased the media is here.
Your suggestion that jews were hated in WW2 cause they were educated and doing well financially, it's a reoccuring theme when jews and anti-semitism is discussed. Am I to believe that jews have been hated through history because they're prosperous and educated???
Anyway, the main reason I felt at home is because everyone believed in the same things that I was brought up believing in. All of Israel goes silent on Friday nights for the Shabbas. The streets are vacant and everyone is at home with their families. It is a comforting feeling that everyone around you is Jewish, not sure why but it is comforting. I know this is going to sound rediculous but when we (my friends and I) were out at a bar we did not have to worry about the girl not being Jewish ( There is a lot of pressure from Jewish mothers that the girl you meet to be Jewish. My current girlfriend is not. No matter I still love her

Regarding the Palestinian issue and the west bank. This is the one place I'm forming a concrete opinion, the jews seem to think they have a god-given right to live in the westbank/all of palestine. Now whether or not they believe that to be true is irrelvant as there were and are people already living there and whether or not you think God's given you the OK to live there doesn't change a thing. If I'm incorrect about this please correct me, as it seems to me to be extremely pigheaded and ignorant. Along the lines of: They're in our way, we're right, let's kick them out so we can live there cause god loves us not them.
