Was reading your thread, definitely know how you feel, went to get some water and walked by the tech support phone girl (when people call in for support she types up a summary of the problem and sends it out to be distributed to the techs) and omfg lol. The only thing I can think of is "don't trip" and "be natural" lol and I can talk to just about anyone, needless to say it is friday, and I'm having a great day
