Why bother running ads when the places that most strongly support pro-choice are voluntarily culling their own numbers via abortion? For example, 40% of pregnancies in NYC now end in abortion, and 60% for black women:

Maybe blue states can depopulate themselves out of the gene pool altogether?

There's no way to know about "culling". If the birth rate is greater than number needed to replace the parent, the percentage getting abortions is irrelevant.

Inner city Rochester NY has both a high birth AND abortion rate. The two are by no means mutually exclusive.
