Antec vs. OCZ

So, as circumstances turn out, I have both an Antec Neopower 480 and an OCZ Modstream 450. Which should I use?

Yeah, I already know which one but I enjoy confirmation and wasting your time. Thanks.

I would say you couldn't go wrong with either really. I would base my choice on whether I wanted the blue LED fan on the OCZ.

i still remember back in the days when OCZ was selling some rebadged junk and tried to cover it up. even now i don't trust OCZ.

Antec

you forgot seasonic, tagan, zippy and a couple of other brands dguy, and at what models are you comparing at? a lot of them have different features, like modular. obviously pcp&c stands above all others, but the rest varies to someones personal preference.

I have both the Antec Truepower 550 and OCZ Powerstream 520. Strictly of those two, I have to say OCZ is superior. I love love adjustable rails!

Modstream

I think too many people recommend Antec based on their past reputation, not their actual quality.
I'm not saying the Modstreams are the best out there, but with Antec, people just assume their products are good...but are they still?

Yes. As I said I have nothing but praise for them, mine has never had one issue in 2.5 years of service.

My 350Watt Antec is handling 3 HDs, 2 optical drives, 3000+ @ 2385 (1.65V), 2x512 ram, x800pro @ 506/540, Audigy 2ZS, floppy, modem!

i don't like modulars but out of the two i'd get the neo. my choice would be the tpII or the powerstream line.
