edit: YES, it's an antec SL350 shows a dual fan also. nice!

i picked up a lanboy today, sweet case. will use if for a future build.

" quite good. In Nor Cal they have an unidentified Antec case w/300W psu for 22 - 15 rebate = $7 !!!! "

Has anyone confirmed that they are honoring this price for an Antec case? I'll bet they try and substitute a generic rig for that price. Same thing happened to me last weekend when I tried to buy a MSI/A64 3000 for $190. "Oh sorry, we meant an ECS mobo for that price; you can have the MSI for $250."

Man, you should have stuck to your guns and demanded the MSI board. I did and they gave me the K8N Neo.

Yeah, it's a mistake once again - the $7 case is actually some junk (forgot the name of that brand) which has nothing to do with Antec. btw, if you look closely at the picture of this case in the ad you'll see it doesn't look like any Antec model.

although i love Frys and continue to shop there, they have always used the bait and switch technic on us poor sap customers... oh well, what can ya do.

danny~!

Well, they put the right picture in the ad, just the brand name is wrong. This was suspect from the beginning as the pictured case doesn't resembe any Antec anyway.
But the Super Lanboy for $50 is a good deal, unfortunately it's not available in North Cal.

I would have jumped up and down and screamed at customer service, but I was with my wife, who hates Fry's stops and undue boat-rocking, so I just bought a Iomega external 160 GB USB drive and left.

They have it in Sac. Just picked it up.

And Fry's is notorious for spelling mistakes and typos in their ads.......and they don't honor them unless you arrive early to the store and make a fuss. Some guy was arguing about it at the Concord store and the sales guy at the cases said, "I don't know what the ad said, but this is the case."

The case is actually a Linkworld.

I have the SacBee ad in front of me and it's the Super Lanboy for $50 after rebate. Looks like I'm making a trip to Fry's tomorrow! Some good deals this week on components, at least in the Sac. Fry's
