Antec Sonata w/ 380 w PSU okay?

I'm about to buy a barebones system from Monarch, I was wondering if the Sonata's 380w power supple would be sufficcient with a 3500+ (winchester) 6800GT, audigy 2zs and 0ne 200 gb HDD?
 
Hmm, well then it should be good... I plan on slightly less than those specs (3200+, and a BFG 6800 NU) and just to be safe I'm going with a 400W, but I think this should be fine.

Those were going to be my spes exactly, but I was thinking avout a coolermaster centurion 5 w. a 430w true power, but this way I save a bit of money and can upgrade the other components.
 
Not getting a separate case and PSU managed to save you enough to upgrade from 3200+ to 3500+ AND from 6800 NU to 6800 GT? Wow, that case and that PSU must have been really expensive... 😵
