My bro's powersupply is dying. Would this powersupply work on an athlon xp 3200 and geforce 6800 w/ 1 optical and 1 hard drive ?

You shouldn't have any PS issues. I've got a ~3 year 350 watt Antec PS running an Epox 8rda mobo, Athlon Mobile XP2400+ OC'd to 2.0 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, 2 HDs, 2 Optical drives, a floppy drive, ~4 case fans, a slightly overclocked 6800 (128MBer), a Santa Cruz sound card and TV tuner card all with no issues whatsoever.

Great deal on an awsome power supply.

I currently have one of these powering my server.

2x 3.0 1 meg cache EMT64 Xeons
4x 512 ECC Registered Mushkin DDR2
1x 74 gig Raptor
6x 400 Gig SATA Hitachi Drives
Asus NCLV-D2 SATA Raid
3ware 8506 12 port SATA Raid Card

Everything runs smooth, it's quiet, and for the price you cant get much better.
