yeah I RMA'd one with them before, got an upgraded PS back a couple weeks later.
Remove the power cable from the PSU for about two minutes. Plug it back in and try again.

Did you buy it from a local dealer? I have seen some that will handle the warranty in-house and give you a replacement on the spot.
