Antec rebate from Newegg - I'm one day early

Newegg's got a $10 MIR for this powersupply.

The offer starts from 9 Oct. Of course, I purchased mine ONE DAY early on the 8th and my receipt from NE says 8 Oct. :|

I'm going to send it in anyway; $.40 stamp for $10? Yeah, I'll try. Think I'll get it?

Even Best Buy listened to their customers and stopped doing rebate deals. Just do everybody a favor and say no to rebates.

Nope. I got screwed once by Newegg and Antec on the NeoPower 480 a while back... and here's how.

Let's say the date I ordered the PSU was 10/10. I ordered it at 12:30am EST on the first day of eligibility (10/10), yet since Newegg is in California, it was "only" 9:30pm on 10/9 there; so I was "ineligible". What a crock of sh1t....

So in short, don't expect to get it.

They will find ANY excuse to deny your rebate. You have zero chance of getting the $10.

Try asking Newegg and see if they are willing to issue a new receipt? The rebate is probably handled by a third party anyway.
