I recently got the Antec NSK3480, and the top panel was defective (it had a huge dent in it, from the factory; the box wasn't damaged at all).
I opened a support ticket, and Antec was nice enough to send a replacement panel. The unfortunate thing is, it turned out to be defective too (the corner of it is warped enough to prevent it from being properly installed onto the case, and some of the black paint job is damaged). Again, it's a factory defect, and wasn't damaged during shipping.
Has anyone had any QC issues with Antec products before? And when they send replacement parts, are they just refurbished parts, or are they brand new?
