Hmmm not much more to it than what you see. Drill holes in corners. Saw between holes. File and sand edges smooth and straight. Form plexi in oven. Cut to fit. Glue in place with silicone.
I?d be glad to tell you whatever you need.
 
Hmmmm, so just silicon to hold it in place? One prob I forsee is I don't think my my folks will go for heating a piece of plastic in the oven, so i'll have to find some other route to bend it. Hate to loose my badge light, so I might have to rethink my attempt on this..
