Don't know if this case will ever get to the stores.....maybe some of the larger market stores and most likely not in the smaller market ones.
The website now lists an estimated arrival time of Dec. 13-15.
Darned good price and unheard of cheap shipping, esp. for Best Buy.

That might explain the sudden price drops of the P180.
Fry's has been clearing these things out for $69-79 AR for the past couple of months and now Best Buy has it locked in at $79.99
Maybe Antec is realizing that all of the new DX10 cards are going to be humongous beasts and they're redesigning a P180 successor to take video card sizes into account?
Either way, for those of us who can't afford to spend $500+ on a single DX10 GPU, these P180s are hot deals.

DX10 cards will not all be as large as the 8800. Certainly it's good to know that that particular card will not fit without removing the middle HDD cage (you only lose 2 out of 6 HDD spots though), however that's not an indication of things to come. Cards will become smaller again. Remember those humongous 3dfx multi-GPU cards? Things got WAY smaller again 🙂
Also for those who don't mind a MIR, newegg sells the 180B (Black) for ~$105 shipped after Google checkout and $25 MIR. Roughly $20 over this great deal, but it's available and it's the black (and slightly revised) model with a better door and better PS cage.

The price on this is great, the P180s look like refridgerators to me though.
I have had this case on order with Best Buy for 3 weeks they sent a couple of e-mails saying the case was backordered. Last week the web site shifted back to ?coming soon? and stopped taking orders for the case and now shows the case as ?sold out?.
I hope I am wrong buy my guess is those of us that ordered these cases will never see them.

Best Buys web site still shows the case ?sold out? but a hold for the exact amount of my order was issued on my credit card this morning. I don?t understand if Best Buy did get the cases why they would issue a hold and not actually charge the card.
Or maybe not and this is just a screw up.

I hope they gave you a coupon or a gift card for your long wait.
I hate ordering something and wait a month to get it.
