Antec P180 Lower Chamber Fan...

I usually leave my PC on all day. Occasionally, I will shut it down on some nights. Whenever I power it back up though, the lower chamber never starts. If I move it just a little bit, then it begins operating. Is my system under powered? I don't feel like I have anything that's really power hungry. Can someone offer some suggestions?

If you're using the stock 38mm x 120mm fan, check the little switch that controls the fan speed. It may be stuck or not fully "clicked" into position.

also make sure it's plugged into a regular molex connector from your psu, not a fan only lead or your mobo.

The stock Tricools w/ the P180 have only a 4-pin molex connector. All of the stock P180 fans should start reliably on any speed. I have not heard of this until now. Check what Burner said and check your power connection to the fan as well. Also, you might try a different molex connector from your psu. Let us know how it goes :)

You might have a bad connector there...don't connect it to anything more vital, or you could have a shortage/burnout.

I hate those damn molex connectors... always broken or bent, or something is wrong with them :|
