Antec P160 Question

Hey guys,

I just bought this case and i was wondering if i will still be able to use the front audio connectors? I have a audigy 2 and i think those front audio connectors are only for the onboard sound on my motherboard. Am i correct? If so is there a way around this?

nope the front connectors can only be used with the onboard sound. I called antec about the same issue and soundcard. It is a bummer as I wanted to use them also.

You could probably splice it into a 3.5" wire from a headphone or such and it would work.

The EXT connector on the Audigies is a digital connector(there is a DAC in the Live Drive that takes care of the conversion), so no, you can't wire your front audio connectors to it.
