Antec P160 Fan Noise

OK guys : Need help.

I built my system around ANTEC P160 case. Comes with a nice (looking ) LED fan that is dead silent when I run it on my desk at 12V. Install it in the case and it makes a lot of noise (turbulance?). Did the 7V mod but it is still noisy. What can I do to reduce the noise. I would prefer to run the fan at 12V since my system is overclocked.

You probably need to cut out that stamped grill and replace it with something less restrictive such as this: http://www.directron.com/net12.html
