Antec P160 Fan Noise

OK guys : Need help.

I built my system around ANTEC P160 case. Comes with a nice (looking 😀) LED fan that is dead silent when I run it on my desk at 12V. Install it in the case and it makes a lot of noise (turbulance?). Did the 7V mod but it is still noisy. What can I do to reduce the noise. I would prefer to run the fan at 12V since my system is overclocked.
