Perhaps you could expand on that or are you just working on your post count??

After a $50 mail in rebate, please add this to the OP. Still, a good find for those who don't mind rebates.

Ooops! Thanks for pointing that out - meant to have that in the title. Edited.

good, very quiet, has sata, pci-e.

only thing I found is if your system doesn't draw enough power, it won't start up (maybe they've fixed it now). but I only had a mobo with onboard video, 1HD, 1DVD. if you have a beefy machine, should be no problem.

good deal, considering antec solo costs $85 (lowest net price I found). the solo is basically a p150 minus psu.

good case too. only negative is it's a little tight (mid tower, no mobo tray), and the door mechanism car wear out.

I have both the P150 and the Solo. Both are nice. I prefer the Solo, that I got on a rebate deal at Fry's for 56.00AR
The Solo does away with the little drive doors of the P150. I have had to call Antec twice to get replacement doors for my P150.
They have little springs that slip off of their plastic lug. It's still a nice, solid case.

The Neohe problems they had last year are supposed to be fixed, though I did have to RMA my Neohe, a second revision series, since it would cut off on my Asus board. I asked for a truepower II instead, and got it. They then had a third revised series for the Neohe that was supposed to for sure fix the issue, and it probably has since I don't read much about it anymore. I don't know what the current revision is.

How does this deal compare the P180 that Bestbuy had for $80? I know the P180 is bigger, more complex and has no PS. $80 splits the difference between price before and after rebate.

What door mechanism are you talking about? The P150, just like the Solo, has NO DOOR on the front. Confusing th eP180 with this case? Or the Sonata?

Well, my P150 has small little flip down doors that cover each of the optical drives. The Solo has exposed optical drives. No doors.

You will end up paying tax anyway, so might as well just drop by Fry's if you're close and pick it up.

the Solo does away with P150's fragile CD-ROM drive door. OP takes turns offering rebate deals on Sonata, P150 and Solo. During the last round in Nov., Solo went for $80 - 30 rebate. Sonata rebate SHOULD be up after P150's expires.

Yikes! I assume you meant to say "Antec takes turns... ".

Just for the record, anyone who send their rebate request to me, please make sure all the paperwork is in order and allow 6-10 years for processing. You can follow the progress of your rebate at 'youhaventgotaprayer.com'. :D

As for the actual content of your post, I do believe you are right but the rebate amounts vary slightly each time.

I meant OP takes turn offering deals on Antec cases, that is, lower sale price, free shipping AND rebate.

Picked up one at Vegas Fry's B&M. I've had good luck on getting two past rebates on Antec cases. Replacing an old Antec SX-830 that has served faithfully, however, the new MB and video requires a 'modern' PSU, so the P150 is fitting the bill. Up and running now. Pretty quiet, but not 'quite' as silent as my Sonata with an Aerocool 'Zerodba' 620W PSU inside.

I obviously have to much time on my hands, but for what its worth (FWIW)...

"OP" = Original Post/Poster (ie. the first post, or, the person who made the first post).

Hence the phrases: "Thanks OP!" when one is grateful for getting a heads up on a deal, and, "According to the OP..." when one is referencing something stated in the first post.

However, my offer on the rebate still stands. ;)
