Case is for a to be built rig with p45 chipset, E8400, 4giggy's ram single HDD, dual optical drives, and either a 8800gt or ati 4850...would love to hear opinions/suggestions/experience with these cases if ya got em 🙂

This Enermax case...

or

Earthwatts 500 and

this Rosewill

both options cost about the same...any thoughts? don't really know anything about Rosewill or Enermax, good stuff?

Thanks!

See my review of the 5604 here:
http://www.techimo.com/reviews/ under Cases and all the way at the bottom of the list.

I also like the Earthwatts line of PSUs (made by Seasonic) - I use the EA-380 in my own systems.

The Enermax Chakra is basically the same as some of the Cooler Master Centurion cases.
The Liberty PSU is nice if you need the modular cables feature, but pricey. I'd go with the 5604 (though I prefer the 5605) and the EA-500 PSU.

Antec's definitely not the economical solution if you're trying to save money. IMO you shouldn't buy an Antec unless it was REALLY cheap (and by that I mean...50% off MSRP at least). I would recommend a Cooler Master Centurion instead like I always do but not everyone likes the "simple cleanness" that comes with those cases.

Hey RM,

Show me a PSU that matches the EA-500 at its current $50. shipped price from the Egg. I'm willing to bet that you can't do it.
