antec nine hundred case need help

is it possible to mount the optional side fan mount without modding it in any way?

i have the exact same cooler like that

I have a Scythe Ninja and it's pretty large too (150mm tall). I moved the rear fan to the side and it just fits. Like 5mm or so of free space between the two.

It looks like it might just fit. But you could always move the rear fan to the side to find out for sure....

i did and the top side of the fan hit the noctua cooler T_T

I'm not sure how bad it is, but maybe you could shave off a bit of the plastic on the corner of the fan to make it fit?

If you take off the corner post of the fan, it usually works (shaved off the entire post to the fan casing on a Yate Loon to fit my Thermalright U120).

A dremel on the slowest speed with a all-purpose rotary grinder.

unfortunately i don't have a dremel in my house(asked neighbours and they dont have one also).
is it possible to just sort of grind it using an old kitchen knife or sorts?also can you post pics of the fan in place?i want to know how much of the post i need to cut approximately

You could probably use anything that can cut hard plastic.

And sorry, I would post pics but I no longer have that computer.

Good idea to pick one up or is there something better for the price out there?
